William R. Irwin
Passes On In Low
William Ruggles Irwin, well known resident of the Low district died
today in his 71st year. He was born in Kazabazua, and received his early
education in the area, later entering the general merchandising business in
Low where he spent the greater part of his life. He attended the United
church at Low.
Surviving are the widow the former Miss Hattie Brooks, to whom the late
Mr. Irwin was married 42 years ago; a daughter Mrs. E. C. MacLean of Low;
two brothers, Ernest of Easton, Sask., and Arthur of Kapuskasing; two
sisters, Mrs. Harry Bolam, Campbell's Bay, and Mrs. James Findlay of
Toronto; and two grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at the late Mr. Irwin's home in Low, the
time and date have not yet been announced. Services will be conducted by
Rev. T. Shaver of Alcove.
